Our limited warranty covers both custom-made jewelleries crafted especially for our cherished clients as well as manufactured jewellery goods offered in our stores.
Any jewellery that has undergone wear-and-tear, abuse, alteration, attempted repair, carelessness, or accident will not be subject to our responsibility to repair or replace under warranty.
Our knowledgeable jewellers will examine the jewellery that has been brought in for repair or replacement under warranty to see whether we can replace or repair under warranty.
The standard jewellery repair fee will be charged if a piece of jewellery is returned with signs of wear and tear.
We offer exchanges for jewellery purchased at our stores in the same value as invoiced. You can also pay extra to get the piece you like the most. However, we do not offer refunds.
