I enquired about a ring being fixed after it had broken, not only were they able to fix the ring they were able to fix the spinning mechanism! They went above and beyond and Sam’s customer service was 10/10. I was highly impressed by Sam and the skill and effort of the jeweller.

My mother lost one earring from her favourite pair and Pinnacle were able to create another one based off the original. The result was perfectly matched and the service we received was outstanding. I cannot recommend them enough, it is very refreshing to be able to walk into a store where the people are highly knowledgeable, approachable and personable. If you are looking for replacement jewellery, to fix broken pieces, to have a custom design made, or are just looking for pieces that are unique and well priced, go see them.

My wife and I had a great experience at Pinnacle last weekend. The staff were so friendly and were great with our toddler, offering him pen and paper to entertain him while we looked at the various ranges of jewellery (and also some chocolates). We were very impressed with the variety of products and the ability to create a custom piece that we could personalise with engraving of our choice. We were also delighted by the price point and will certainly shop here again. As we made a purchase they offered complimentary cleaning of my wife’s wedding rings which was an added bonus and much appreciated service.

I have found the team at Pinnacle Jewellers to be very attentive and patient. Recently I had a stone replaced in a ring and my husbands ring repaired and resized. Both rings look brand new. We are really pleased with their work. We purchased a beautiful Sapphire and Diamond ring from their vast range of unique jewellery, I think it's stunning. Pinnacle also custom designed a pendant from some of my old unworn jewellery. The Jeweller presented three designs after a few discussions with me, then created my unique pendant, which I love ❤ All this was done in a few weeks. Cannot thank Pinnacle Jewellers and Marsha enough for my gorgeous platinum wedding band, which was custom made to fit with my engagement ring.
