Care Manual
Here are some tips to keep your jewellery looking brand-new and shiny

To prevent inadvertent damage, we advise putting off jewellery before sleeping, exercising, or performing strenuous activities like gardening or other heavy work.

Items should be kept apart in storage to avoid scratches.

When not in use, it's best to keep rigid items flat.

Jewellery may get discoloured when in direct touch with hairspray and scents.

Hollow objects require extra caution since they might dent with pressure or collision.

Wearing stone-set jewellery while bathing or swimming is not advised.

It is advised that you get your purchase cleaned by a professional every year.

Every year, the settings of any piece with stones should be checked to make sure no priceless stones are being lost.

You may get high-quality cleaning supplies from our shops. Our sales staff is pleased to provide you advice.

The jewellery store's display cases are proudly made with presentation in mind. We do not advise keeping your priceless item in the display box. Store things individually in soft bags to avoid oxidation for optimal results.

Repairs

Although all repairs are accepted at the customer’s risk and are given proper care, our limited warranty does not cover any loss or damage brought on by unanticipated events.

We are not responsible to repair any jewellery that sustains damage again after the client picks it up if the damage is not in the same location as where we fixed it.

We will provide you a free one-time repair if the item is damaged again in the same place that we fixed it. If the jewellery item breaks again in the same location after the complimentary one-time repair, we are not responsible for fixing it.
