Do you offer after-sales service?

We provide a one-year manufacture guarantee on every jewellery you buy from us or that we make.

Our repair services are not covered by a warranty, but we will try our best to help you if a repair goes wrong following an inspection.

Depending on the jewellery, we also provide a free clean and stone setting inspection.

Do you provide free ring sizing services?

We do give a complimentary ring resizing up to three sizes up or down if your band was bought from us or created by us, subject to the ring.

How many days does it take for the order to be delivered?

Within a 14 days time period the jewellery is delivered to the address. Due to unforeseen circumstances it may take longer. We also email you the parcel tracking number so you may also check the progress of the package.

Is the order safely delivered?

Yes, we make sure it is packaged using bubble wrap to reduce the risk of damages. Fragile sticker is also pasted to make sure packages are handles carefully.

What about lay-bys?

Yes. You must pay a 30% deposit up advance, and you have two months to settle the remaining balance before picking up the piece.

I am unable to visit any of your businesses. Is there a way for me to still buy your jewellery?
